Greasy skin and fine lines - help!

I'm in my mid thirties and have always had 'bad' skin. I no longer have cystic acne but do have greasy skin that is easily congested and always have at least a couple of smaller spots going on. Make up slides from my face by about lunchtime no matter what I use or how I prep my skin.

Anyway, I'm used to that now. My main concern is I have a fine line that runs a couple of cm down from the corner of my mouth towards my chin, on the diagonal I'd that makes sense. Make up ALWAYS settles here and makes me look much older. It settles pretty much as soon as it goes on. Primer doesn't help. I can't use anything very rich or moisturising as I'll break out.

I no longer use powder as it was making me look older and very 'set', but in natural light my face when made up now just looks flat and old.

Please help!

I also have oily skin and an mid 40s so I have to use a bb cream under my foundation and concealer and then pressed powder on top to stop the grease !
The plus point is you won’t get as many wrinkles as you age ! Can you leave make up off the wrinkle so it doesn’t settle into it ? Or maybe just a light reflecting concealer
