Weak nails after Shelac , any advice or product recommendations

After a couple of shelac manicures my nails have become very weak, does any one have any top tips for strengthening them?

I’m not sure if I would be better to leave them naked and use oils etc or paint on a strengthening coat, so more polish.

Hi OP, I had the same issue as you a while ago. At first I tried to just let them be, but although it got a little bit better after a month they still split and looked awful.

I then started using OPI Nail Envy (the original version) on its own - I'm now a month down the line and my nails are completely recovered and back to being strong and they don't split at all. I now use it as a base coat with polish on top and they're still in great condition.

Nails Inc Gel Rehab. It’s amazing stuff. Completely repaired my nails after shellac, and made them grow so much longer.
