Top shop Austin dress

So I bought the star version of the TS Austin dress without considering the large gap at the back .
Has anyone got any recommendations on a low strap bra or any other ideas . I did think about a cami underneath but not sure this will look odd ?

I don’t have this dress, but I have a green leopard TS midi which looks like it should have a zip in the back. I wear a black vest top underneath it, and once it gets colder will wear a Uniqlo heat-tech top. (Looking at your dress online it looks like the “hole” might be rounder than mine, which is more of a straight slit.)
