Help, please!

Name changed because its humiliating.

I have very bad facial hair on chin neck and cheeks. Moustache too. Dark coarse hair with some thinner hair.

Bought a Smoothskin Gold IPL machine. Using as directed.

Face has to be hair free to use which necessitates shaving.

IPL working well on top lip, much slower growth.. But terrible on chin and neck. I could shave 3 times a day and would still be stubbly.

Absolute despair. What to do? Been using. IPL for 8 weeks now.

Hi,

I don't have any experience of using this machine but have gone to a good salon and It has worked. it looks like you may need a more powerful machine rather than the home kits, maybe go to a good salon? I know it's a big investment though
