Help me find a skirt please!

I would love to be able to rock some of the skirts that are in the shops atm especially the pleated ones but I have a long body and short legs so they make me look squat and dumpy especially if I wear them with trainers.
Please help me find some skirts to suit wise mumsnetters I’m 5ft 5 and size 12 -14

Well I would wear trainers but can understand that's not a goer for you - so something minimal like neutral flats or boots close to your skin tone. This sort of thing:

I've got this - comes in regular, tall and petite. Styling on website is awful but looks really nice with tshirt and trainers.
