Summer stuff is ok but the weather to wear it is so inconsistent. Autumn never lets you down

Oh I agree - so cosy. I just sorted by autumn clothes out today so feeling excited about the weather changing. I've just ordered 6 jumpers from Next Clearance - I won't keep them all but I just need a few new knits to freshen everything up.

Yes it is. I've bought and returned a lot so far so nothing much yet, but at least I'm finding things I like the look of enough to try. There's never anything in Summer that catches my eye. Autumn clothes are the best.

Boots, jumpers, coats, fabric with actual texture and weight to it, rich colours. Love all of it.

Yes it is. Less mad cutouts of shoulders/backs. No crop tops! Lovely fabrics, cosy jumpers, no neons. Glorious.

Quite summery today though

Went out last night in my Autumn uniform of black skinnies, black ankle boots, silk shirt and biker jacket. It made me very happy.

Today is more summery again, but I'm now happily googling turtle necks and contemplating some dungarees!

I'm getting quite excited about buying some new thermal vests!
Tragic that it has come to this, but I do love autumn and winter clothes.

I disagree with your statement OP! I’ll not share the love! I can hardly bear the thought of the cold dark weather. Summertime is so much easier. I have a million different outfits. Autumn winter, jumpers, trews, skirts, vests, tights. So much work! So dark!

Oh I love autumn for SO many reasons. One of them is the clothing options. I don’t enjoy summer clothes at all, much prefer getting snuggly in soft jumpers, warm trousers, jumper dresses, boots etc. Tights I am not so keen on, nasty thrush inducing tights!

Oh I agree so cosy and much easier to wear!
