Blusher for a make up novice

Hi, I really don't wear make up (not because I'm beautiful without - just rubbish at applying it!) but always look pale. I thought that perhaps I could get some bb cream and perhaps some blusher to improve things. Does anyone have any suggestions? Idiot proof ones please - I am well capable of looking like a clown!!

What's your skin colouring/undertone? So I can recommend a blusher range of colours. Not a big fan of BB cream myself, tho

Benefit Dandelion is very subtle but you can build it up. You can also use it all over as a skin brightener.

My skin tone is pale pale olive I suppose. I'm not sure how to describe it!
@Pepperwand I will have a look at the benefit one, thanks

I second Benefit Dandelion, it's a lovely colour.

My skin tone is golden for reference.
