Anyone found anything that helps with jowls?

I dont want to go down a surgical route. I was interested in the thread lift options a while back but I was put off by some horror stories. Is there anything non surgical that helps or is it one of those things you just have to graciously accept.

Ultherapy is supposed to be amazing for it, Jennifer Aniston and all the celebs are always raving about it.
Its a laser, supposed to be sore. I haven't got it done but the reviews are good

Constant smiling!

I didn't suffer from jowls until after the menopause, so I think Jennifer Aniston and co. might just not be there yet. I think face-lift is the only way but I won't be going there.
