Moisturiser? For dds shiny, spotty skin that goes red and tight after washing

She is 14 and has quite a few small pimply spots. She uses le roche posay facial wash but her skin always looks red and rashy after washing (it settles after an hour). I think she needs a soothing moisturizer but she's nervous because of her spots.

She doesn't want to wear a foundation .

Clarins have a new range for teenage skin, maybe visit the local counter and ask for some samples. I have always found Clarins very soothing and sympathetic to my adult acne prone skin

After years of struggling with my skin, I've found that Elemis balancing range is the best for me. I've had comments on my skin recently and it manages my oily bits and actually moisturises the bits that need it.
The moisturiser is hydra balance and I use the balancing cleanser, toner twice daily and lavender mask every few days.
