Style overhaul

I have been a lazy dresser for many years now and have always found myself dressing more for what I can disguise/hide than what I actually like. Now I've lost lots of weight I want to recreate my image. How do I work out the style of clothing I like-are there any recommended apps? Has anyone been in a similar boat of completely revamping themselves (Trinny and Susana style) and maintained this new image?

Would you consider second hand clothing? I've found any time I've needed a little refresh that I'm more likely to select clothing out with my comfort zone if charity shopping.

For style ideas I like to look at magazines such as Grazia, Cosmopolitan, Heat, New, for up to date fashions & to see what the celebrities are wearing too.
I also go & look round the latest clothes on the high street eg River Island, Primark, Zara, Topshop, in store or online.
& I do a lot of people watching eg to see what trainers people like.

Then I adapt the fashions to suit my shape & budget.

I would look on Pinterest and also check out the Styled by Susie Facebook page. I'm in the midst of an image overhaul and both of these have been really helpful.

Thank you I will try these ideas, I used to use Pinterest alot so will go back to that. I don't think I could wear second hand clothing but thank you for the suggestion. I am going to do a marie kondo of my wardrobe first! Think I might try a topshop style advisor appointment too.

I second the style advisor (after you do your Marie Kondo) and Pinterest. Its so weird, I've been using it for years for style Inspiration and when I look back at my older saves, I notice how my style has ever so gradually evolved.
