Help me find this navy dress with pockets

Walked past a woman in the most perfect navy dress today and all the Googling in the world isn't helping.

Soft (maybe a very fine knit?) top half, 3/4 length sleeves. Fitted. At the waist, a material change, something a little silkier, a lot less fitted. Pockets on the skirt part, oversized pockets on top of the material (rather than built in).

I spent so much time looking she may think I'm into her.

Sounds like one of last year’s Cos dress to me. Keep an eye on the website as they repeat the same styles every year and this should be in their A/W collection.

Why didn't you ask her. She would probably be chuffed!
