How do you keep your cuticles in good condition?

I have strong nails, although I do keep them short, however my cuticles are awful. I wash my hands a billion times a day (Nhs) and try to use hand cream but could do with an extra treatment for cuticles.

Any recommendations please?

Solar oil or Dadi oil to nourish your cuticles and use during the day when you remember and especially before bed.

Hemp (body shop)/ Loccitane/ Nailtiques hand creme are the best ones that are rich enough to penetrate and nourish the skin

Hand scrub twice a week using brown sugar and olive oil. Mix into a paste and run your hands until they are soft.

I actually just posted about this on another thread and being one of my best buys this year!
I massively recommend the Dior Abricot Nail and Cuticle Cream. It's a really thick cream and you rub the tiniest dab into your nails and cuticles last thing at night (but nothing to stop you using it more). It's about £21 for a pot, but lasts ages.

Also try not to cut your cuticles as thy tend to grow more.

Push them back once a week after coming out the shower and only trim any loose dead skin that may be hanging off your skin or nail plate.

Sweet almond oil - been using it for 25 years and trimming any hangnails
