Can anyone share their perm / digital perm results?

Really interested in getting a perm.. I like in AUS and they are alot of japenese salons which offer ‘digital perms’ which look looser. Keen to see and hear about other results?

Anyone ?

I had one a couple of years ago (and then further ones every six months until about eight months ago).

I was pleased with the result visually, but stopped because my hair was (is! except for the regrowth) horribly dry and crispy. It used to be lovely and soft, albeit limp and lifeless. I’ve decided to opt for condition over appearance.

@foureyesgood oh no.. I didn’t realise the damage was so bad! I thought I would try one for summer, could not afford all the time. Did it save styling time?

I had a digital perm a few years ago. Was really lovely, beautiful loose curls. However, they dropped out really quickly, I'd say in matter of weeks. Might also be because I did it in Asia, where they are used to different hair type than my fine Scandinavian hair.

If you’re on twitter or Instagram have a look at Danneel Ackles latest post, she’s just had her hair permed and I’m sure she had info on the type of perm she had done in her story/post.

I love her vibe! Interesting clothes and jewellery, lovely hair colours and the perm is just the ultimate imitates chef kiss ‘mwah!’ for me.
