Boden sizing

I've never bought from Boden before, but I'm looking at some of their dresses. How does the sizing come up? If you are between sizes, is it best to size up or down?

Read the reviews and that should tell you the way each garment comes up. I am 5ft 7", 133lbs and measure 37" 27" 37" and I am fairly reliably a size 12 in Boden.

But I don't find that sort of info works as well as checking out all the reviews.

I find their sizing on the large side. I always size down.
