So sorry this has definitely been posted before, maybe about 6 months - 1 year ago a lady posted in here with a picture of her forehead, pretty normal looking but with red bumps on. Well it was just like mine! I remember reading it and realising finally what's wrong with mine too... And now I've forgotten and can't find the thread! If anyone has any tips for what's actually going on with my skin (I have dry skin generally but this bumpy forehead thing has been going on for as long as I can remember. Some days more red than others, can't even touch it with makeup as it just seems to cake) and any skincare tips to deal with it please? Thanks so much if someone can help!
