Smart cardigan?

I love cardi! But realise they may not present the right image at work, although my office isn't necessarily smart (CS) ie I don't have to wear a suit I do need to meet customers and senior Managment and I like to feel good. Any alternatives or smarter cardi's out there???

I like a coatigan for work. Soft and cosy as a cardi but more structured in shape and formal looking but not as corporate as a tailored jacket. Also nice at weekends in between seasons with jeans t shirts boots or trainers.

Hobbs, LK Bennett? Possibly Boden. I also used to get cardigans from banana republic and wore them on Fridays at work
