Does a supportive stylish functional backpack exist?

I'm looking for a backpack that is stylish. Not one for hiking.

Yet I want it to be really supportive and preferable with straps that go round the stomach when I seem to use them when carrying something heavy.

I love the rubber style ones.

I have bought many over the years but never found one that ticks all my boxes in regard to style as well as functionality.

I also have great supportive ones for walking that fit that bill so don't need recommendations for those.

More of a professional city back pack. Does this holy grail exist? Will picture my current one on a sec.

This is the one I am using at the moment. I'm travelling and for this purpose I find it quite smart and functional. As it's full of books )I know I need to get a kindle) it is too heavy on my shoulders and not as supportive as I would like.
