Regaine/rogaine

My hair has gotten a lot thinner over the past few years especially around the temple area. My brother is bald so thinking maybe it's a genetic thing. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had tried Regaine/Rogaine? Has it worked and were there any side effects? I know it's a long shot but I'm starting to get a little bit paranoid about my hairline.
TIA

I am bald and started at a very young age. Part of me is a bit insecure but a large part doesn’t even enter my mind or bother me. Some people like bald or short haired men (and perhaps women too).
My honest advice is embracing it - people are more attracted to confidence and a smile then hair. Save your money on rubbish like that and save money on shampoo like I do and use the savings for a holiday!

Op, I use it and it works really well for me. There was a recent thread asking similar so linking rather than having to repeat it all again:

Loreal fibrology is great for thickening the hair. I have really thin hair as well and this has helped massively. You need to wash your hair with it everyday for good results though

I dont want to go bald anthar. I want my long hair to be slightly thicker especially at the front.
Thanks for posting the link to the thread botemp. I'm pleased to hear it's working for you Smile
