The menopause hasn't been kind to my face. Rosacea and lumps and bumps. Please can anyone help in both caring for it and covering it?

What's your skincare routine?

Foundations with a green tinge will neutralise the redness. This could work if you regularly wear make up.

If you don't, please don't feel you have to change. The longer term solution would be changing your skin care routine

That looks like you're reacting to something. Are you on HRT? Do you wear a good SPF?

I find using Alpha-H Liquid Gold a couple of times a week keeps my mild rosacea in check well enough for me.

Working out what triggered mine to flare also really helped. So now I watch sugar/dairy intake as they really cause it to go bonkers.

A lot of people mention going to the doctor for Soolantra. If mine ever gets worse I’d be doing that.

Good luck.
