Product to mend trashed nails?

Through a combination of gel nails and going dairy free (and forgetting to take a calcium supplement) my nails are trashed. Really week and bendy, snapping really easily and just generally rubbish. Is there anything I can buy in Boots/Superdrug to help them? Any recommendations please?

CND Rescue Rx is amazing and also Superdrug sell a fabulous nail strengthening serum. I've started taking collagen powder in a juice each morning which has been miraculous for my nails!

Gel nails shouldn’t cause damage, no nail coating should. If they buff too enthusiastically you can massively thin the nail, then it breaks.

Ibx is an in salon treatment to strengthen nails, works after one application.

I use Sally Hansen Miracle Growth (gold bottle) and it works brilliantly for my nails. It saved them after a salon buffed them too roughly while removing gel and I've kept using it. I think it's even sold in bigger branches of tesco, as well as Boots and Superdrug.
