First time out of uniform

I'm starting a new job in a few weeks. I've been in uniform for nearly 15 years.. I've no idea what to wear. It's a lecturer type role. I don't like tops with buttons as I've quite a large bust for my size. Any suggestions on what to buy and how to wear it, much appreciated, thanks

Smart trousers/skirt with a nice (button free) top and either flats or small heels - Next have a nice selection normally

Dresses with a lightweight cardigan over the top and again heels or flats

Dark jeans (blue or black) with a top - flats or boots

Thank you. Wasn't sure if jeans were OK. I don't know why they wouldnt be for classes.
