In the latest line of first world agonies I can’t decide what colour boots to get. I already have black long (knee length) flat boots (bought last year) and brown practical DM Chelsea boots bought two years ago. I am replacing an ancient pair of tan leather soles Chelsea boots. I now live rurally so everything needs to be practical but I want something I can also wear in London. The brown DMs cannot be worn in London as they look too country/chunky.
So do I get brown or black for the replacement pair? (I haven’t yet found a largely waterproof pair of tan boots, they can’t have a leather sole, so pls don’t say tan)
I usually wear black jeans although I do own blue. I often wear a black or navy skirt with black wool tights. My coats are either navy, grey or tweed. (Aside from one cream one).
I think I am overthinking. Help me!
