Is there a cheap bodyspray that smells expensive?

My budget is really tight at the moment.
I've run out of my favourite perfume.
I need a filler scent till next payday.
I'm asking for your 'in a serious pinch' body sprays that you can buy at a supermarket or Savers or Wilko or chemist/ Boots or Superdrug etc that you think smells 'expensive' or 'classic' but is no more that £5. Can anyone help?
TIA

I actually really like the Hawaiian tropic body spray, the one in the yellow bottle. I think sali Hughes or someone put me on to it and it smells like summer. Love it. And the little bottle is a fiver.

Superdrug do some body mists of fragrances, normally £10 but you can often get them half-price - have a look there.

hermionelodge · 26/08/2019 21:17

I second Superdrug. I got two sprays for £6. Their paradise smells like paco rabanne, olympea!

DandyLyon · 26/08/2019 21:18

I like The Sanctuary body spray from Boots

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/08/2019 21:19

M&S and Next both do tiny bottles of scent for about a fiver, and some of them are quite nice.

Richlyfruited · 26/08/2019 21:23

Can you get to Lidl for some of their Suddenly Madame Glamour perfume? Very similar to Chanel Coco Mademoiselle for about £3.99!

Mrsjayy · 26/08/2019 21:27

I like the fantasia sprays from superdrug they are really nice.

Mixingitall · 26/08/2019 21:28

Are you near a Primark? I use Pomegranate and Black tea, it’s a copy of Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir and is an eau de parfam. It’s cheap!

Thatnovembernight · 26/08/2019 21:29

I second the Lidl recommendation

Littlechocola · 26/08/2019 21:29

Was going to say the same as @Richlyfruited. ‘Suddenly’.

CatalogueUniverse · 26/08/2019 21:29

What kind of scent do you like?

HotLatteontherunplease · 26/08/2019 21:33

I like classic scents - think White Musk, clean, fresh sort of smells.

I’ll third the Lidl Suddenly Madam Glamour. Preferred by most people to Chanel Mademoiselle.

mrwalkensir · 26/08/2019 21:37

M&S Aqua is like Issi Miyake which is the ultimate clean/fresh smell

Bigsighall · 26/08/2019 21:41

Also recommend the Lidl’s one. My husband always says he likes it when I wear it and gutted when I tell him it’s the cheapo Lidl one 😂

HotLatteontherunplease · 26/08/2019 21:41

Thanks everyone that's been helpful.
I really need to keep it to less than £5 so I'm hoping those suggestions stay within budget. Thanks x any more suggestions also appreciated x

I'm a bit of a designer perfume addict and one of my 'friends' told me I was wasting money as there are tons of 'smell-alikes'.
Anyway, she sent me the link on this list: forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5307712

It's the Milton Lloyd perfumes and they are sold on amazon and ebay. I've never used them but I hear they're pretty good.

hittheroadjack1 · 26/08/2019 21:42

Order some Lloyd Milton ones on eBay. Free postage and usually about £4, they're smell alikes so you can get whatever scent you fancy.

hittheroadjack1 · 26/08/2019 21:43

Sorry it's Milton Lloyd

MyForbiddenLover · 26/08/2019 21:44

Poundland do some good perfumes for (funnily enough) £1 each! They're in little glass bottles and are from the 'Jess Wright' range of toiletries and perfumes.

Mrsjayy · 26/08/2019 21:45

It is Fantasies not what I said.

SeaSaltandLime · 26/08/2019 21:49

New look do little perfumes and sprays for around that mark and they're 'dupes'

I wear blush (which smells exactly like coco mademoiselle) a lot to top up the real scent during the day. Identical.

CatalogueUniverse · 26/08/2019 21:52

Clean and fresh - get the Lidl one.

I thought the Milton Lloyd ones were gag worthy but I may have been unlucky.

I really like that one, it's like Clarins Eau Dynamisante or whatever it's called. I wear it a lot!

Milton Lloyd Blue Skies is just like Light Blue very musky. Also Poker is an absolute ringer for Chance
