best staying mascara?

Just that really. I always end up mascara free by the end of the day.
Happy to spend £££ if necessary.

I have oily eyelids so waterproof still smudges on me and then can't wipe it off! So I use tubing mascaras - no7 stay perfect the gold one, and estee lauder double wear with the gold lid are great.

No7 waterproof is fab
