What styles/shapes would suit my body shape?

I'm going for a JL personal shopper thing on Saturday for smart/casual workwear and would like to know what to look at outside of my comfort zone of Next work trousers and v-neck tops (because of huge boobs). My MH hasn't been great so it's been difficult to get out of that rut, but now I want to make changes.

My shape is an overweight hourglass, slightly minimised by being 5'9". But add on a menopausal belly, and I feel I'm veering into apple territory. Probably J cup boobs, so tops/dresses mostly hang vertically off them Confused

I'll wear dresses in summer with sandals, but am a bit weird about the feel of tights so don't tend to wear dresses in winter. But conversely I think I'd like to wear legging/tunic combos.

I haven't worn a skirt in about five years - probably because they hang off my belly and I feel they make me look even fatter? 🤷‍♀️

(Have started at the gym and changing what I eat!)
