Has anyone bought the cosmetic pouch in this size or GM, or the Toiletry Pouch 19? If so, do you reccomend them?

How do you find the sizing to be? Are they quite bulky? The cosmetic pouch looks like it may be a bit awkward due to it's rounded shape, so it might not be practical if you carry around a fair bit.

I want to buy either as an everyday cosmetic bag to throw in my handbag, both items are constantly out of stock online/in store so I annoyingly can't just buy them now.

I haven't got either but I have a couple of other items in canvas. They're both super light and pliable (and durable). I think the first pouch would probably work really nicely. The toiletry pouch looks like it's been designed to hold its shape a bit so I'd imagine it could be trickier to jam things inside or fit it into a bag.

I don't have either but from many years lurking on the Purseforum LV page, I know the Toiletry Pouch is one of their best sellers and the thing everyone wants.

The reason is cos you can use it as a clutch bag and it doesn't look like you're carrying around a makeup case. Or you can use it just for compartmentalising stuff in a big handbag. It's dead handy.

I also know it's permanently out of stock online, and usually sold out in physical stores. Such is its popularity. People literally put it in their Wishlist on the website and check it every time they look at their phone. So when a couple comes back into stock, they're usually sold within 15 mins. They also go onto the "Stalking" thread on Purseforum cos if anything pops into stock, that's where you'll be alerted to it.

I'm sure LV could make more of those if they wanted. They just don't want to cheapen the brand any further so it's better to only sell a few and make people think they got lucky and have something rare.

OP, you might be more lucky in stores -worth giving them a ring.

I do really like the toiletry pouch but cannot be bothered to faff around with trying to source one! Thanks for the wish list and Purseforum tips though!

I have seen people use it as a clutch, not sure how I feel about that though. Sometimes it does look like a makeup bag rather than a clutch but I can see the appeal.

I ordered the cosmetic pouch today but they cancelled my order as it sold out as I was checking out! Apparently they currently have ‘global stock tensions’ so many of their permanent items are sold out nationwide.

Oh yeah ordering anything online is a nightmare. It was always like that though, it's definitely not a recent thing.

I’ve had the toilet pouch for about 20 years! I’ve mainly used it as a makeup bag but occasionally use it as a clutch. Still in great condition!

Placed another order for a different item, it only got cancelled again! Such a nightmare.

Interesting that this seems to be standard - my past orders went through as normal so i didn’t know!
