Peeling skin on fingers

Anyone else have this? Any ideas what causes it and how I can prevent it?

They can be quite sore as well as being unslightly - especially if I pick the skin off - which I know I shouldn’t!

Stop picking your cuticles

If it's just dry skin use a cuticle oil at night, either a specific brand or just vegetable oil, eg jojoba. Rich hand cream on top and if needed cotton gloves. Reapply hand cream during the day and wear marigolds for washing up etc. Also wear warm gloves in cold weather.

You'll need to keep this up once you see an improvement, so it's a mini lifestyle change rather than a cure.
