Please help! I had a baby 7 months ago. A few factors contributed to me going from a small size 10 to a sizeable 14/16. I'm on a big health kick and the weight is coming off but I've totally lost all confidence, body confidence is honestly zero and no clothes fit me.

Going to Spain in sept and I really want to look lovely on holiday and enjoy some nice flirty time with my partner and cuddles with my little baby.

Can anyone suggest nice kaftans/summer dresses/ things I can wear which won't make me feel like a big lump.

This is the only full ish body pic I have though Ive lost a stone since it was taken.

I'm 29, 5ft 8

You look like you have a flat stomach in that pic! I’m sure you’re looking fab after losing a stone. 7 months is no time, you’ll drop the rest quickly. Do you have any bits about your appearance that you like? I’d focus on those. When it comes to dressing I wouldn’t go for anything too floaty because you’ll only add bulk.

The first thing I noticed was your hair, it's an amazing colour. Is it natural? I think emerald green would really suit your colouring.

You've lost a stone so that's roughly a dress size, and you look like you're an hourglass shape in that pic.

I think you might be a bit hard on yourself. Ok, you've gained some weight but at 7 months pp I think you look great and that's before you lost a stone.

Sarong over bikini/swimming costume and wrap dresses or shorts and French tucked tshirt for the rest as you have a defined waist.

Maybe some nice new lingerie for when baby is asleep? A corset can do wonders for your confidence. Wink

Good posture and the correct bra (with the straps at the right length) will make you look a size smaller without even trying. You are being very hard on yourself though, you are in no way a 'lump'! Also, you really do have beautiful hair - maybe concentrating on getting it really healthy/shiny looking and a little trim would help you feel better about yourself?
Can I just say one thing though - the sleeves on the top you are wearing do you no favours at all. It's definitely the sleeves, not you, they cut your arms off and look a little tight. A looser or a flutter sleeve at that length would be much nicer or a longer, closer fitting sleeve.
