Best razor (for dd 13 - sensitive skin)

Dd has very sensitive skin on her legs, she has been shaving them (using the disposable Wilkinson Sword ones I use), but her legs look sore and irritated.

She moisturiser afterwards with a Child's Farm moisturiser.

Any recommendations for the best razor she could use, which might help?

Also would she be better using a shaving foam rather than the bar soap I use?

Gillette Venus without a doubt. Wilkinson’s sword and any other makes bring my legs out in a sore rash. Standard Venus are finevfor me, but they do a sensitive one too

Sorry for typos! Also, I use Aveeno moisturiser after. Shaving foam for sensitive skin too.

I bought one from Morrisons for myself and one for DD, we've not had any problems and the blades are slightly cheaper. I also buy shaving gel usually Gillette for women again no issues.

Cheap hair conditioner smoothed onto the legs so that the razor slips over them and it won't dry them out like soap or shaving foam can. Gillette Venus Snap razor is very easy to use and control and you can get sensitive blades for it.

A bit pricey but I use Gruum razors and they are fab. No cuts and they shave really close. In fact I think they are mens razors which would explain alot! Hmm

I can never get on with wet shaving, my shins end up so sore.
Mostly I use electric and find it much better.

This is mine here

Sensitive skin here too. Foam causes me problems (even sensitive ones). I use a dove bar. Also I find moisturising immediately after shaving is bad for me, I wait until the following day and use E45.
