Leather handbag which fits laptop

Does anyone have any recommendations for a leather bag that can take a 17" laptop? I really like Hills and Friends but haven't found quite the right thing.

I don't want anything too structured or formal in style. And it has to be huge and capable to coping with all the rubbish I haul around on a daily basis.

A friend recommended Elvis & Kresse and I really liked their Post bag in yellow but it's out of stock for 5 or 6 months.

Been looking at pre loved and seen a Bottega Venetta hobo which I like the look of, and a few Bayswater bags. I understand the Bayswaters are vast, but wonder if they're now out of fashion (hmm, do I care if they are?).

Budget is up to £500 ideally but can go up to £1000 if necessary.

Storksac baby bag does the job. Looks like a lovely large leather handbag but fits all my crap with no problem, incl work laptop and papers and a notebook.

De mellier handbags are excellent for that. Cant remember which one.

A belated update for anyone who is interested. I've also checked out Aspinall, Sarah Haran, Tila March, Tory Burch, Aurora London and even saw a Biba bag the other day which I quite liked but thought it wasn't strong enough for daily use.

The hunt goes on.
