Just to say thanks to everyone who gave their opinions on my previous thread!!
The Brora plaid dress has arrived. It’s lovely; gorgeous fabric and great colour.
BUT
It makes me look like I’ve forgotten to put on the bottom half of my outfit!!!
Even with thick black tights/boots.
So, lovely (and not actually nightie-like in the flesh!) though it is, it is going back.
I’m near a John Lewis tomorrow so I’m going to try on an Ivy dress while I’m there.
