COS Manchester

Does anyone know when the COS concession moved out of Selfridges? I was told they were opening up where GAP used to be in St Ann's Square but it was empty. Other Stories was full of polyester and viscose, as was Reiss, Me and Em, The Kooples etc it's depressing.

No, nearest in the north west will be in liverpool now, but it is a much larger, better store (over 2 floors, and much more stock and sizes), so if you like cos id recommend a look if you can get there.

It seemed to vanish from selfridges in the last six months, not sure when exactly.

Music thanks I will try to visit. The high street is really depressing with the crappy man made materials.

I used to visit manchester when needing to buy clothes, but now go to liverpool because at least theres a john lewis, cos and fatface....for cotton tees.

Other than that i am stumped.
Im pretty much constantly in awe of what became of so many quality stores..
theres nowhere left really, unless i jump to higher end, and even then the ones i prefer dont even have stores 🙁

I heard it was moving into the old gap store too. Is that not happening then?

Music I agree Liverpool is better for shopping. I was visiting friends in Manchester and was really disappointed that COS has been replaced by Self Portrait. Did manage to get a linen shirt in the Jigsaw sale and a waterproof mac that is really well made.

Ineedtoknowit not sure but the shop was not being renovated it was empty so it will take sometime assuming it opens.

I spotted Uniqlo has that recently opened?

I also heard it was opening where Gap used to be. Keep walking past and being disappointed it hasn’t opened yet!
