I ordered a few things from the Next sale in July, and a couple of times placed an order straight after to get the free delivery offer so a couple of orders to collect in store and a couple delivered to home. Last week I had an email to say an item was taking longer than normal and I could cancel if I wanted to. However, just looked on my account and another item I was waiting for has disappeared from my order history and is not in my reserved items either. Funnily enough, I can no longer find the confirmation email either although I have the others. Has anyone experienced this? Could Next gave cancelled the order but not informed me? They can't recall the email confirmation, surely? Have searched thoroughly in case I deleted it. Will have to get onto customer services, I suppose.
