Have you tried microdermabrasion?

If so, do you find it makes a difference?

Also, has anyone had a bad experience if it? An article I read about it said it’s not recommended if you have fragile capillaries. I don’t know how you would know if you did!

I had a course of it and tbh saw no difference at all. I use boots 7 microdermabrasion scrub now which I love.

Mine was a while ago, I guess it might have improved since

Thank you. Is the scrub just a way of exfoliating, or does it do anything additional?

It's very gritty and fine, more so than a regular exfoliating scrub. Leaves my skin very smooth.

I had a microdermabrasion machine (rio) I can't say I noticed much difference but then afain it was a home machine and skin wasn't that bad to start with. I'd love to give it another go now my skin is not great but rio stopped making the containers with the abrasive stuff in them.
