I have two denim jackets from white company. Love them but they are so stiff I never wear them. Are they a lost cause?

Get them worn, it's the only way!
Maybe jump up and down on them for a bit too 😁

Uff. I haven't actually tried that. I've done hot washes, soaked them in salt, been liberal with fabric conditioner. .. I don't have a tumble drier. Maybe I could just wear them about the house for a while. It's a pain. I'm the other side of youth and dislike restrictive clothing but like the structure of a jacket.

Are you line drying them? That makes denim very cardboard like. Try taking them to a laundrette so they can go in a dryer.

I do line dry. For all my thinner denim this it's fine and they soften within minutes of wear. These two jackets though. I could gi to a laundromat.... but that sounds like a dull user of time!
