What do you think of these biker boots? They are from M&S by the way.

'Pathetic, bitchy, spiteful and silly' is a taste excessive for a thread about differing opinions on boots . The OP just asked for opinions on them, and not for suggestions.

As it stands OP I'm not a fan of the M&S boots, theres something off about them? Not a fan of the white stitching or the size of the buckles or the shine (though that would age with wear in fairness). The Hush ones are really not great. On a plus side I've had boots from M&S before and they were good for the money, comfy and lasted a couple of autumns.

Think you'll keep them OP? I bet there will be loads flooding into the shops imminently so if not sure perhaps it's best to see if you reach for them in the returns period and if not back they go for something different.

@HappyHammy I've also just ordered the superdry boots in brown and black (won't keep both). They are really lovely. Hoping that they will fit ok, never had boots form there before and am usually a bit between sizes. As you say they will be ok with a pair of thick winter socks though.

We’re never all going to like the same things, are we? I was brought up with well polished shoes so shiny is good for me. I don’t like round toes or fur linings. I do like these but a lot of you will hate them.

I like those @Alsohuman. To be fair though if I didn't I wouldn't say they were 'monstrous' because when you've just said you like them that would be unnecessarily rude.

This is Style and Beauty! We are supposed to be giving opinions on the stuff. That's the point. I don't like them, you do. That's not pathetic, it's just liking different shoes.

I also ordered the superdry boots, but the slightly longer lower calf length ones in black, also a fleece and jacket in the sale, which I'm now concerned might be too small. As apparently there sizes are small sigh.

They look a bit cheap. The pointy toe and white stitching look odd on that big chunky buckley style.

I'm looking for biker boots too. I'm not keen on these to be honesty. They just look a bit...well, a bit M&S!

I'm not keen on the white stitching and think they're too shiny. Have a look on eBay, there's some nice ones on there.

Apparently the multiple big buckle look is very in (according to a stylist friend). Not that i slavishly follow trends at all but I think the M&S ones are meant to be a copy of expensive boots.
I quite like the superdry ones though, they look so comfy.

I have the ‘monstrous’ Hush boots, the metal wear is silver not gold. They are on the slim side but I love them.

I think the Givenchy ones are pretty ugly and cost nearly £1k.

OP, you can buy the superdry ones too, one pair for day to day and one pair for going out

I think they are gorgeous but far too expensive, I got the Topshop version either end 2017 or 2018.
I’m surprised a new style hasn’t come in but I guess the Marant & Chloe ones stuck around for yrs.

The hard ware in the hush link is indeed gold, it says it in the link and the product description. I think thr poster must have a different version.

But yeah looks like they are all, trying to rip off the givenchy boots for some reason.

I’ve been eyeing these for a year as I don’t have any chunky biker boots but don’t think I justify the cost as I’m not sure how much I would wear them.
