Is there a cream that will puff up my eyelids?

I have hooded eyes, and the skin on the eyelids is quite thin. (Sorry it's hard to explain without a photo) But basically my eyelids just kind of flop down.

I don't have wrinkles, it's not an age thing as my eyes have always been like this. It does my head in, as it makes my eyes look tiny and uneven, using eyeshadow and eyeliner is pointless.

This might sound weird, but when I've had a good cry, my eyes look better for it (every cloud). The skin around them is plumped up, and my eyes look more open. I don't fancy crying all the time, and most eye creams I can find are to reduce puffiness.

Anything recommendations out there?

Try out eyelid tape available on Amazon, eBay etc.

Only a couple of pounds and might work for you

I have been trying to find something for my eyes, as I have one really droopy eyelid (but not the other one).

This gets good reviews, and I think it is helping:

Thanks, I've tried the tape but wasn't too keen. My eyelids can get oily so I was forever waiting for them to slide off.

I will take a look at that cream too french
