Smarter workwear ideas for new role

Been working in central government for past 2 years as EA/PA etc apart from one EA role in a large big 4 accountants for 6 months which was supposed to have gone permanent.

Now starting in mid September a permanent in-house legal secretary/team assistant role for a very large worldwide petroluem company.

Have been used to smart casual wear in central government but wondering what if anything I need to buy for this new role?

Currently just bought - for work - 2 pairs smart workwear skinny trousers from Next.

I did buy last year for the big 4 accountants EA role buy a couple of smarter workwear dresses - Mango Suit etc but one is sleeveless, the other short sleeves.

Any ideas?

I love a pencil skirt combo myself. I find them flattering on most figures and feel really good in a lovely high waisted skirt and fitted top with a mid heel. I do like a 50's look though which might not be for you.
