I know there’s other threads but can’t find them for some reason but just asking for advice.
I am 54 and through menopause. In last 3-4 years though I have noticed hair shedding and my hairline is massively receding.quite down about it.
Anyone had a hair transplant? Am seriously considering it.
Or should I go for HRT? It must be meno related as was fine before I hit 50.
Any advice?
