Really bad skin on chest

I’ve never had REALLY terrible skin on my face but the skin on my chest (up to the top of my shoulders really) is constantly spotty and discoloured from scars.

What can I use??

I've been blighted by bacne (& on my shoulders & chest) since my teens. I had 2 rounds of roaccutane, which did help but didn't completely cure it. It's really only since I've been taking the same care of those areas as I do of my face, that it's almost completely cleared up. My skincare regime isn't cheap, or short, but it's made a massive difference.

I use a separate towel for drying my face & chest, back etc, & change it every day or so. I also use muslin cloths (the ones you buy for swaddling babies) for washing with. They are, IMO, the perfect balance of softness, exfoliation, price point & size (so good for larger areas), plus they stand up to repeated use & washing. I like the John Lewis ones personally. Again, I use a fresh one every day or so, I rinse them & lay out to dry in between times.

I’d go to the doctor, try what they’ve got to offer. Acne shouldn’t scar.
