I really need a better bra - I have four the same and one ancient sports bra. The four are non wired and non padded m&s, possibly too small, dig in, seem to restrict my breathing. I hate bra shopping. So mostly I live in my old sports bra until it needs washing.
Please can you recommend me nice, soft, non wired and non padded (v thin padding probably ok) type bras? I’d be happy with a crop top type thing if there’s some support as long as it’s not too much material at the back / underneath. I’ve been buying 32D but possibly that’s not correct. Help!
