Is it just me or have they gone completely off the boil again? So many "fun" stripes/cuffs to otherwise nice pieces. Who are they trying to target these days and who the hell is buying it?!

They seem to be trying to do classics with a twist but they end up looking a bit tacky.

I just saw a lovely coat! But it is £175 & it is not v warm so Id need another.

nothingwittyhere · 09/08/2019 19:09

The only thing I liked were the girlfriend jeans, and then I saw that these "full length" jeans are described as having an inside leg of 31 inches in the long length. WTF?

Joyfulincolour · 09/08/2019 19:10

Everything seems to be £120 too ☹️

There's a lovely embroidered mini skirt...

Gentlemanwiththistledownhair · 10/08/2019 00:21

nothingwitty isn't that because they're supposed to graze the top of your ankle?

Ive just succumbed to a little midnight shopping spree and boat a rain coat. I do need one. I got soaked earlier. I like it. It is an office apprpriate waterproof coat in a pale grey with a feint plaid. 🙏 it is not awful in reality!

nothingwittyhere · 10/08/2019 13:57

Gentleman if that's the case then they shouldn't be described as full length! Boden show the jeans rolled but the garment measurement in my size shows the inside leg as 31 inches. Which would mean they'd be halfway up my calf rolled up. Usually their long inseam is about 33 inches. This is annoying if you're tall and long limbed as that combination is still under catered for in the UK.

Only had a flick through the catalogue not the full website, but they did seem to have quite a few dresses I'd like for work, and the number of dresses they are making in plain block colour, rather than covering everything in a pattern is to be welcomed!
