After searching online for ways to reduce my under eye bags I came across both Carol and Eva Fraser’s books on facial exercises to reduce the signs of ageing. I am turning 40 this month and even though I don’t struggle too much with wrinkles/sagging skin I have noticed a definite change in the appearance of my face for the worse overnight the past year or so! So, being the sheep that I am I ordered both 
I started with Eva Fraser’s basic routine a couple of days ago, including the facial massage/pressure points/tapping. It’s quite a faff at first but I must admit my face is glowing, my eye bags have reduced (probably the massage/pressure points) and I am feeling muscles in my cheeks which I didn’t know I had! So, so far I’m impressed!
Just wondering if anyone else follows any routine and if you feel it has made a difference longterm?
