I've received lots of emails offering me 40% off full price items so decided to place an order.
This discount didn't seem to apply so I emailed CS who advised the offer excluded new in products. Fair enough, I placed the order and paid £6 for express delivery (2-3 business days)on Monday.
Thinking it would arrive today I've tracked the order and it's still being processed. The money has gone from my account.
I've emailed CS but not received a reply yet.
Is this normal for Gap or have I been unlucky?
