Talk to me about leggings.

I know they aren't everyone's favourite, but I need to find a better seller of simple black long legged leggings that don't cost the earth.

Primark - thick, don't wear through, but colour fades quickly
H&M - colour stays, but they get see through quickly.
Next - I thought I had it! Colour stays, they don't thin, but the bloody crotch has worn through on all four pairs.

Help!!!! Happy to spend £10 per pair. Would go higher for a guarantee of long lasting.

ASOS - their own brand. They wash and wear and are quite thick so not see through

Fat Face are great quality I think

My River Island ones have held up brilliantly.

I know they’re not the most stylish of gear but they’re too comfortable! I got used to them when I was pregnant and now I can’t give them up! So practical

I live in leggings and tunic tops. I usually get mine from Matalan, the colour doesn’t seem to fade and they are not too thin. On a thread a while back someone suggested Decathlon leggings were good quality and thicker so they may be worth a try, although I’ve not tried them myself.

M and S. The 2 for £15 fit well and seem to keep their shape after washing.

M&S heatgen leggings are brilliant. They're relatively expensive (£18ish), but are so ridiculously comfortable that you don't even realise you're wearing them. They don't sag or bag or fade, either - but they are very small fitting.I'm normally a size 8, but buy a 14 in those leggings. It might just be something to do with the way they sit on the waist (I don't like things pressing on my middle, so tend to roll the waistband down so sits more on my hips). They also last for ages.

Disclaimer: I sound like an M&S advert, but the only other thing I buy there is food. Grin
