I need help. Need to have a skincare overhaul. Any tips on what an approaching 35 year old should be doing and buying?

I am 35 and probs rubbish as use micellar water or an olay wash in evening to cleanse, then any night cream I have in the drawer and which I remember to put on. Shower water in the morning and then olay cc cream.

Hopefully many magic ladies will be along soon with guidance.

The ordinary they have fab starter sets and all products are really cheap but effective

Yes i use micellar water and i also use a cleanser wash and i have a few of the pixi toners. Then i use an eye cream, day cream with spf and a night cream. All various brands. I do a mask once a month as i do not have much “me time”.
Just feel i need to be doing more or spending more

I spend a lot of time using skincare. I get dermatitis if I don’t. I swear by face oils, using face masks regularly, and really buying stuff for your skin type. Oh, and acids are amazing!

Which products and brands should i be looking for?
I’m not sure what my skin type is. I am just noticing it is not as radiant and i can notice the pores on my nose. I have red cheeks and can be sensitive to some products.
I have used retinol (a la roche possay cream and a superfacialist cream) and my pixi toner is glycolic acid but i haven’t been impressed with any of those products.
