In your opinion, what's the best one out there?
I've been using The Body Shop Sugar Scrub for a while and it used to be really good, but now it seems more oily than scrubby!
I have very dry skin, with those chicken skin 'bumps' on my arms and legs.
Any ideas, greatly appreciated!
