My mum had cancer treatment years ago and is very self conscious about her eyebrows. Most of her eyebrow hair didn't grow back. She feels better if she has filled her brows with a pencil but sometimes forgets to do this or it takes a while to get it right!
She's considering getting semi permanent eyebrows done. Has anyone had this done and would you recommend it?
No one I know IRL has had it done so can't get a personal recommendation. Found a salon with good online reviews (are they real?!) but no one mentioned the semi perm eyebrows specifically.
I am in the Manchester area if anyone can recommend a good place to go for this. Thanks everyone!
