Flat head :(

Can anyone tgell me if they have a good way to mask a flat head with a simple hairstyle/trick?

I have quite bizarre hair, there is actually loads of them, but they are thin, so if put in a ponytail/bun whatever, it seems like there is not much at all. I have hardly any time at all with a small child to do anything with my hair- barely enough time to wash it twice a week (I know, eeew for some people, but my hair does not really get greats and looks decent for 3-4 days in a row).

I have a blow drier, but because my hair is so think without looking like it it takes forever to do anything decent out of it. On top of that, my hair gets flat so soon after styling. Makes me look much older than I am, a bit like Victorian mistress or something.

Need to add I used to have really long hair, got bored and now have an inversed bob, but most of the time put my hair into a ponytail.

Happy to look into buying products that would lift my hair, or any quick tricks that would lift them, making the back of my head look a bit less flat?

Ta! :)

Clarifying shampoo to remove all dirt and product build up - some shampoos actually add conditioning ingredients back into your hair, weighing it down so a clarifying shampoo is a must

Use a lightweight mousse for volume when blow drying, eg TIGI. Use a round brush near your roots.

Use dry shampoo generously, using it on freshly washed hair gives more volume and prevents it from getting greasy as fast

As far as having flat hair when tying it in a ponytail/bun, just own it? The sleek/slicked back look is trendy so you won’t look out of place

@browzingss, thank you :) Will have a look at some of these.
The problem is that I also have quite a round face, and have my hair all toed just does not look that great. Maybe it looks alright, but I kind of want it to look a bit more attractive :)

If you can afford it, heated Velcro rollers are amazing. The O ones by cloud nine. Take about 3mins to put in, leave for 10 and the sleek volumised bouncy hair (not curls), it works well even if you have just left your hair to dry or blasted it.

I love mine.
