Hi everyone,

I'm rubbish with hair and can't do anything with it other than a ponytail and messy bun.

If you had my hair what would you do with it. It's very thick strands and there is a lot of it. I do have it thinned at the hairdressers

The picture below is brushed before washing, put in a towel while I got ready and then taken out the towel
To dry. I haven't brushed it again.

You have lovely hair! Great length, colour, thickness, and texture.

Other posters might be able to recommend a product you can put in your hair when damp that will make your natural texture look amazing - bring out the beachy waves and make the look you have naturally seem more styled.

Possibly you could have the ends thinned a little more to give a bit more movement but maybe try a product first.

Thank you Smile

I'll have a look at some different products to try on it

Are you looking for an actual hair style ( long bob etc) or are you looking for ways to put it up etc ?

meepmoop · 01/08/2019 18:40

Anything really, I'm in a slump with it.

I wouldn't go much shorter as I'm a bridesmaid next year so would like length so it can be styled

I think I would look at colour then if your not keen on cutting...have you thought about a nice warm/balyage will see if I can find the cokour I'm thinking of...keeping it the same length you could go for a lob and use a styling wand for soft curls/texture.

I have hair like this and mine is better short and layered as it goes curly then. I never managed to put it up without it coming straight back down.
For anything bridal I put combs in the side with flowers on (sort of twisting the hair upwards to pouf it out), can pin the back up or leave it loose.

I also like a thin plastic Alice band to keep it in place .... my style tends towards the weird at time :)
